The water thingy, although it sounds so simple, I find it the most difficult. I am almost never thirsty :( I barely go through 0.5L of water / day and when I drink a glass, I can't drink nothing else, I get this I'm so full of water................. :(
You might be drinking other liquids, that counts. You should never aim towards a certain amount of water like 2L, you hydration needs highly depend on your environment (hot, cold, dry, etc.), how much you move, what you eat that day too. The most sure way to know you are hydrated enough is to notice the color of your pee, it should be light yellow.
