Staying organized is often one of the greater challenges a team can encounter. I feel an apprenticeship position allows for the demonstration of persistence by focusing on not only the end goal but the journey of the program. Having well-defined roles, schedules, and tasks is how members of a cohort can ensure they stay on track to the completion of their goals in the program.
