So I intend on embarking on a project to sharpen my programming skills. The project I intend on working on is an eBook Reader app that uses ePub files. The app would have a store/library of books and would allow the user to use it as an app for opening ePub files stored on their device.
I'm a little bit conversant with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Learning PHP at the moment. What language/skill set/library out there would fasten this project?
