Need Help: Cypress Update Overwrote My command.js File

Hello everyone,
I need some help. I updated Cypress, but after the update, my command.js file was overwritten and my code is gone.

I don’t have any backup of that file or code (not in Git or anywhere else).
Is there any way to recover it? If you know a solution, please let me know.
