As part of its pedagogical training program, the Institute of Urban Technology Management at the University of M’sila organized on Wednesday morning, April 15, 2026, a workshop titled “Introduction to Architecture and Urban Planning,” accompanied by a thematic session on “A Journey Through Algeria’s Architectural Heritage.”
The event was held under the supervision of the Institute’s Director, Professor Rejjem Ali, and attended by the Vice Directors: Professor Hadj Hafsi Lahcen, Vice Director responsible for Scientific Research and Postgraduate Studies, and Professor Barakat Zine El Abidine, Vice Director responsible for Student Affairs, along with a number of faculty and students.

The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Groudj Toufik and Dr. Ferhati Berkaham, who delivered insightful academic presentations on the fundamentals of architecture and the significance of urban planning, while also shedding light on the distinctive features of Algerian architectural heritage.
Participants expressed their appreciation for this initiative, highlighting its value in strengthening academic knowledge and enhancing practical skills in both pedagogical and professional domains.
