Where did you get the idea that there is a <svelte> tag anywhere? Is it a hidden feature that is completely optional? Nowhere in the documentation, which I have read several times, nor in the tutorial does this tag is mentioned, ever.

No....Thanks for the observations, was supposed to use a component named <
svelte/> which was personal experimental but couldn't complete it in this section of tutorial .
