Software Support Technician

Most software I support is .NET/C# based with a T-SQL backend.

Most of my time is troubleshooting applications or development in T-SQL.

I'm pushing deeper into development with C# as new opportunities arrive.

I have also started creating and managing SSRS reporting.

General QA and troubleshooting feedback.

Sometimes you just need another pair of eyes to push over the hill!
