The most populars IDEs are Visual Studio Code (Free IDE) and IntelliJ IDEA (Paid subscriptions). In my opinion every developer should use one on this, because are the ones that have a los of plugins and are in completely evolution.

I use the IntelliJ Package since I have memory, and in my opinion I think is the best, because it is a real code compiler like Visual Studio (not Visual Studio Code), and obviously, because it has a lot of features that improves your coding.
