I started my journey on Dev.to because I really needed to find ways to promote a game I made. I read that a good way to do that is to just write dev logs that link to your game. That sounded preposterous at first! I want people to play my games, not find out how I make them!
But I started writing the articles anyway, and got used to pop out a post once in a while. I find that fun to do.
Now I'm building a new game engine using JavaScript / WebGL, and I'm writing about it as I go along, because I'm hoping someone along the way will join my adventure, because:
I think it could be fun to build this thing together!
I hope you get to learn how to use the engine to build your own games.
I'm sure I'm making tons of mistakes, so please someone else check what I'm doing and tell me what I'm doing wrong!
Anyway, hope y'all have a nice day!
