When are you Senior Developer? 3 years in? 10 years in?
I remember in Toronto recruiters were asking a few years ago for Senior React Developers when React had only been around 2 years.
AWS and Security are my more recent ventures and I've fast-tracked that knowledge because of tech talks. Whatever you don't know you will know after a talk because there's always a few smarter people in the room that want to school you, and I welcome it. They fill all the gaps.
