Discussion on: What is a good team lead in your opinion?

For me is hard to pick one. I would say:

• Is able to foresee changes and problems
• Can guide his/her teammates to improve and achieve their goals
• Is a shield that isolates the team from outside pressure
• Lead by example in order to get team's goals and steadily improve as a group
• And the most important one... tells yokes from time to time ;)
