Just use one of CSS frameworks that exits for example:
1) Bootstrap
2) Semantic
3) Many more...
You do not need Reinvent a wheel.
This is very much true, in practice we should never do unless we see huge advantages doing so.
Or you can fix something that is already exists and make better....:)
Fixing is needed for mistakes :)
