A great tutorial on html/css is this one on youtube. It's mostly for people that like to learn web design visually, less focused on code.
I highly recommend Scrimba tutorials, at least Kevin Powell Respinsive web design bootcamp is awsome. His style of teaching and explanations are very clear and easy to understand, also it full project based. If you are a complete newbee you should start with his Learn Html and Css course wich is free and than take the bootcamp.
I've watches a few courses on udemy and other platforms, but this is the best imho from all points of view.
