My partner has recently started with fibromyalgia and everything you describe above is what we deal with on a daily basis. It's so hard because it is so sporadic, one day she is right as rain and the next day can barely get out of bed.
I can't imagine the difficulty associated with working in tech when you have such conditions. I have massive respect for all #spoonies (hadn't ever heard of that term!).
