Today was spent on further optimizing the AI customer service interface and improving the overall user experience. I added more intuitive design elements to the interface, making it easier for customers to interact with the AI. Additionally, I introduced some preset responses for frequently asked questions to enhance the system’s efficiency. These preset answers will allow the AI to quickly address common inquiries, freeing up resources for more complex questions. The day was productive in refining the AI interface and ensuring that it is user-friendly and responsive to customer needs.
