Today, I began writing the user guide for the website to help customers understand how to navigate and utilize its features. This guide covers everything from browsing products and using the shopping cart to interacting with the AI customer service. Additionally, I compiled documentation of the development process, including the challenges faced and the solutions implemented. This documentation will be useful for future reference and for any team members who may work on the project later. The day was spent on creating clear, comprehensive resources to support the platform’s users and future developers.
