Today, I finalized the functional testing and made the last adjustments to the website, ensuring that all features were fully operational and ready for launch. This included verifying the performance of the AI customer service, the integrity of the database, and the responsiveness of the website on various devices. I also met with my mentor to discuss the overall success of the project and potential areas for future improvement. The feedback was positive, and we brainstormed ideas for further enhancing the platform, such as adding more personalized AI features and expanding the product range.
