InVideo — The Template King
InVideo has the most templates by far. 16 million+ stock media, good for quick edits. But it's more of a video editor with AI features than a true AI video generator. You still need to do a lot of manual work. Free tier is aggressively watermarked.
Sediman — The Node-Based Dark Horse
This is the one that surprised me. Sediman takes a completely different approach — it uses a node-based workflow (think Unreal Engine Blueprints but for video ads). You can go from a product URL to a finished video ad in minutes. The node system gives you granular control over every element: text overlays, transitions, voice-over timing, music. It's like having a video production pipeline in your browser. Free tier lets you test it without commitment.
Predis — The Social Swiss Army Knife
