I personally go on full detox mode.
I live far from my hometown and I return for most of my holidays. I like to spend the max time possible with my family and catching up with my old friends.
Also, you feel fresher and mentally sharper when you get back to work.

I visited my family in the last week and we did some gardening and tree felling. I only viewed my phone right before I went to bed. I really liked it but it was still not full detox. Next time I give it a try 💪🏼!
