Solid post!
However, I (personally) strongly disagree with Xamarin being the Best Pick for Mobile Application Development. Had the displeasure of working with Xamarin for about a year, some time ago. It felt like a struggle to get things working and every change took ages to test, everything was just so slow. My colleagues at the time were not happy with Xamarin as well.

For cross platform development my personal pick would be Nativescript or React native. Only if you are really stuck to the .NET framework you should consider Xamarin in my opinion.

Some sources on the internet mention the deprecation of Xamarin in favor of .NET MAUI. Do you have any insights on this? Should you still go with Xamarin for new projects or MAUI?

Because I know I React, React-Native is the obvious option. But, if I have time to learn, I want to use Flutter too.
Still, Java is on my mind, and Kotlin too for native Android dev. I don't have Mac to learn and try Swift for iOS devices.
