That's a great way to keep the balance. I think the most important part is being aware that having a burnout is something that happens a lot nowadays. Especially in our industry.

I knew of pressure and stress contributing to this, but I hadn't looked at it from the other side. All in all, I believe they key is being aware and listing to your body and mind. And with that, I think your practices can help quite some people stay on their happy path in the life.
