Hi Celestine Omin,

I totally agree with your opinion, there might be some good service company who give you proper code base with all kinds of thought in place, when i started my career in development my company put me on a project which was outsourced and i had to integrate/make changes according to our functional decisions. at first it was good but as my knowledge of coding improved over time i found so many coding issues which where so harmful to product. i contacted with my superior and explained him all issues. we had meeting with them about those issues and reply i got was hilarious after seeing issues one person said these are not coding problems the changes we want in their coding are our requirements.

It was nightmare for me to revamp all those codes and make them useful. at some point i even thought if write those codes by myself it will take less time than revamping them.
