As a developer, I've sat through plenty of sprint retrospectives over the years, so I started building a lightweight retrospective tool called BugNBrag.
The idea was simple:
✅ No accounts required
✅ Create a session and share a Session ID
✅ Team members join instantly
✅ Bugs, Brags, Action Items, and Kudos boards
✅ Real-time collaboration using SignalR
✅ Built-in team chat powered by BlazorChat
It's currently free while I gather feedback and decide where to take it next.
One thing I've learned already: building the software is the easy part. Getting people to actually try it is much harder. 😄
