With the releases 1.31 of Date::Holidays and 0.11 of Task::Date::Holidays I apparently forgot to test properly, so an issue was not observed. I believe I have accidentally tested Task::Date::Holidays 0.11 with Date::Holidays 1.30 not 1.31.
This resulted in a lot of reports on failing tests from CPAN testers.

Since it is my holiday I was able to find the time to dig into the holidays and Yesterday I found the issue, adjusted the tests and shipped 0.12 and already today the results look much better.
