Personal

• 5-10 emails per day (excluding spam, which GMail does a stellar job of catching)
• GMail with inbox-reborn and Gmail reverse conversation browser extensions (I'm a contributor on the former)
• Just a few simple labels, and the snooze feature help me stay on top of things. There are normally only 0-5 emails in my Inbox

Work

Same setup, but I barely ever look at work email as it is rarely used
