Awesome article Gaël, really helpful, I struggle myself with social media or YouTube, so I also use pomodoro techniques and a reward system, if I completely a task I get, 5 to 10 minutes of wherever I want to do, it's a way to let your brain know that building habits is rewarding and good for yourself.
I may would also add exercise, it's really important and builds a lot of self control and self awareness.
