We looked at over 4600 responses and salary data from 1500 tech jobs and got a pretty clear picture of the Swiss tech industry right now. Our goal was to help everyone - companies, recruiters, and employees - understand each other better and make the job market a more transparent place.
Some insights are quite surprising:
- Over 50% tech employees have the possibility to work fully remote
- 85% of respondents would be happy to have a 4-day work-week
- Only 40% of tech workers stay at a company longer than 5 years
