Once you launch the editor;
From the 3D Shapes category on the toolbar choose cylinder; Set top radius to 20, Bottom radius to 20, height to 200, horizontal segments to 6, vertical segments to 128.


Tick the checkmark to finalize cylinder
From the deform category on the toolbar choose inflate; Set x to 11, y to 11, z to 11 using highlighted gizmo.


From the deform category on the toolbar choose taper; Set x to -65, z to -65 using highlighted gizmo.


From the deform category on the toolbar choose bend; Set x to 90.


Click rotate on the toolbar; Set z to 90


Click ‘’x’ to close transformation panel
Click to activate polygon selection; Click on highlighted region to select it


From the modify category on the toolbar choose extrusion; Click add option to add next macro step, Set operation to scale, x to -5, y to -5, z to -5, amount of copies to 5


Click apply button to apply extrusion, Set amount of copies to 5


Click on highlighted region to deselect it
Click move on the toolbar; Set x to -120


Click ‘x’ to close transformation panel
From the tools category on the toolbar choose copy offsets; Set operation to pivot, amount of copies to 12, Click copy button to create copies.


Click ‘x’ to close copy offsets panel
Click Boolean on the toolbar; From the tool panel choose union.


Tick the checkmark to finalize union
