I've used DropzoneJS and particles.js in some projects. They are very useful and easy libraries to use.

D3.js should also be mentioned as a must use library for drawing all sorts of graphs based on complex data.

I think these would be considered more of libraries than "plugins".

I should suggest tsParticles instead of the abandoned particles.js
