Joining Hands with Social Workers to Strengthen the Social Safety Net — The 2025 Warmhearted Night Takes the Stage!

The Taitung County Government will host the 2025 Taitung County “Warmhearted Night” for Strengthening the Social Safety Net on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Birthday Cake Park, Taitung City. Social workers, volunteers, and members of the community are warmly invited to join this meaningful evening and witness the compassion and resilience of Taitung’s social safety network.

Over the years, the Taitung County Government has actively promoted cross-sector collaboration—integrating resources across social welfare, public health, labor, and public safety—to build a comprehensive and robust social safety net that protects families and individuals in need. The county continues to enhance professional support and training for social workers, ensuring that every resident can feel the warmth of Happy Taitung.

At the event, Mars e-Bank.com Inc. will present 800 limited-edition Chip Postcards as heartfelt tokens of appreciation to attendees and supporters. Each postcard can store up to 55 photos or a one-minute video, combining technology and emotion in a unique way. Through written words and NFC chips, these postcards preserve precious moments and symbolize the expanding energy of love and safety in Taitung.

The evening will feature County Magistrate Yao Ching-Ling and distinguished guests delivering remarks, as well as musical performances by Chen Kuo-Hua, Matilda Tao, Chan Ya-wen, Henry Hsu, and Vita Chang, bringing warmth and joy to everyone in attendance.

Magistrate Yao expressed that Taitung County will continue to strengthen the social safety net by integrating more cross-domain resources, ensuring that every resident feels the warmth of home and the support of society. She extended heartfelt gratitude to all social workers and volunteers, hoping that this Warmhearted Night will allow love and care to keep flourishing across Taitung.
