We would need to understand what recruiters look for. Regardless of ATS (applicant tracking system) or a human reviewing your application, here's what they typically look for in a resume:
Your tech stack - how relevant your technical skills are, to the role. While some skills are easy to pick up, recruiters tend to favour candidates whose tech stack matches their requirements
Relevant experience - how many years and in what capacity have you worked in the past. This is taken as an indication of how you may contribute in the future at the hiring manager’s company.
Clear & concise resume - if it is too long, recruiters may even skip reading it.
With this in mind, I would:
make it easy to read with bullets, tech stacks, project details
keep it short & concise, don't overwhelm with info
recruiters (& ATS) are experts at keyword search, even if they don't understand technical nuances. I would add relevant keywords based on the job description.
add tech stack at the bottom of every employment
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
