AssetLoom Is Officially Launched: One Platform for All Your IT Assets

After months of preparation, we are excited to officially launch AssetLoom: an ITAM platform built to help teams manage all their IT resources in a more centralized, efficient, and organized way.

This launch is the beginning of our mission to make IT asset management clearer and more accessible for every organization.

1. Why We Built AssetLoom

IT teams often know what assets the company owns. But they may not know where each asset is, who has it, or whether the records are still accurate.

As devices are assigned, returned, repaired, or moved between locations, updates are easily missed. Asset information becomes spread across spreadsheets, emails, and separate tools, leaving teams to manually piece together the latest status.

AssetLoom was built to bring asset records and daily IT operations into one place. It gives teams a clear, up-to-date view of every IT resource. Teams can see what they own, where each item is, who is using it, and what needs attention next.

2. What’s Included In AssetLoom First Release Version

In the first release, AssetLoom can help you with:

Manage Every IT Resource: Track assets, accessories, licenses, components, and consumables in one workspace. You can keep key details and what is available, where each item is stored, and which stock levels need attention.

Track the Full Asset Lifecycle: Follow every asset from purchase and assignment to maintenance, return, retirement, and disposal. Each update becomes part of a clear activity history.

Manage Asset Allocation: Assign, reserve, and return equipment with a clear record of ownership and custody. You now know who has each asset and what its condition is after use.

IT Procurement Tracking: Track purchase requests, orders, vendors, costs, and deliveries in one place. Visibility from the initial request through to receiving and stocking is no longer the problem.

License Management: Track license availability, seat assignments, expiration dates, renewals, and software costs. Your team can act proactively and avoid unused seats or missed expiration dates.

Gain Insights from Reports And Dashboards: Turn asset data into a clear view of inventory, assignments, costs, maintenance, and license usage. Your team can quickly spot trends, identify issues, and decide what needs attention next.

3. A Thank You To Our Users

This launch would not have been possible through our team’s work alone.

We are grateful to everyone who patiently joined the waitlist, tested AssetLoom during early access, and shared honest feedback with us. Your questions, ideas, and real-world experiences helped shape the platform we are launching today.

We have recorded every suggestion and will continue using your feedback to guide future improvements. AssetLoom is built for IT teams, and we want its development to remain closely connected to the people who use it every day.

4. What Comes Next

We are already working on the next stages of AssetLoom.

October 2026: Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune Integrations

In October 2026, AssetLoom will introduce integrations with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.

For teams managing large numbers of devices, these integrations will handle much of the data work automatically. Instead of creating and updating records manually, teams can sync device data into AssetLoom on a selected schedule.

This will reduce repeated data entry while giving teams control over how information is managed across AssetLoom and their management platforms.

Q4 2026: AssetLoom Mobile App for iOS & Android

In the last quarter of 2026, we plan to release the AssetLoom mobile application for iOS and Android.

The mobile app will make it easier for IT teams to access asset information and handle asset operations while working away from their desks.

More details about its initial capabilities will be announced closer to release.

Alongside these releases, we will continue improving AssetLoom’s core features with valuable feedback from our users. This aligns with our mission to build a platform that better supports how IT teams work every day.

Final Thoughts

The launch of AssetLoom is an important milestone, but it is only the beginning.

We built AssetLoom to give IT teams a clearer and more practical way to manage every IT resource. As more teams start using the platform, we will continue learning, improving, and building around the challenges they face every day.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. We look forward to shaping the next chapter of AssetLoom together.
