How to be a full-stack indie developer in no time?

In today’s era of AI, everyone has the opportunity to become a full-stack developer. Apart from ChatGPT, the following tools are the ones I use most frequently and find most effective in my development:

Vercel is a phenomenal cloud platform that excels in deploying front-end frameworks, especially Next.js projects. It simplifies deployment with continuous integration from Git, offering serverless functions and static file hosting.
Next.js, a framework based on React, is a game-changer in building user interfaces. Its strengths in server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) facilitate the creation of fast, SEO-friendly web applications.
Supabase, an online database solution, offers a real-time backend built on PostgreSQL. It provides an instant RESTful API, real-time functionalities, and seamless integration. This combination makes Supabase an excellent choice for developers seeking scalable database solutions with the power of traditional SQL databases.

How to Do SEO on the Tools Directory Website?

In the process of compiling various AI tools, I’ve come to understand how traffic to a tool's directory is generated and how to attract even more.

Traffic to tool directories mainly originates from two key sources: searches on search engines and recommendations. These directories frequently show up in search results when users look up particular tools or resources, thanks to their comprehensive and neatly structured content. Furthermore, a significant amount of their traffic is acquired through backlinks from various websites, sharing on social media platforms, and recommendations through word of mouth.

Here are some tricks for continually increasing traffic:

Trick 1: Learn through emulation. First, find a substantial number of other tool directories and study how they attract traffic. Here, you can use SEO tools for analysis, such as SEMrush.
Trick 2: Continuously discover the latest products. Keep searching for keywords to find the newest results not previously listed. For new products, conduct further analysis, such as whether they are being promoted — indicating more exposure and traffic — and whether other sites have listed them, allowing you to potentially list them first.
Trick 3: Publicly introduce and recommend your website. Building in public is crucial. Boldly share your products and insights on social media and forums. For instance, after sharing in a developer community, my site’s traffic significantly increased.
Trick 4: Reach out bravely. Take the initiative to contact developers of various products, actively list them, and try to get them to add a widget of your site on theirs. This can mutually enhance exposure and garner more high-quality backlinks.

I believe SEO is a marathon, requiring ongoing learning and improvement through practice. I will continue to experiment with operating my website and share my experiences with everyone. Let me know if you have any questions or topics you’d like to discuss.
