I have been working with Drupal for around 2 years now. I find Drupal very powerful but also very challenging to learn and improve. Being self taught doesnt make it any easier too.
Is there anyone here who can help new Drupal developers with some tips on how to improve? I thought of finding a mentor but where I stay I can't really find any Drupal developers or jobs easily. so that is another challenge to overcome.
