Headline: From Search to Action — My Elastic Blogathon 2026 Journey! 🚀🧠
I am thrilled to announce that my blog submission for the Elastic Blogathon 2026: Vectorized Thinking has been accepted and is moving to the final phase!
In my article, "Agentic Search Powered by Elastic’s Agent Builder," I tackle a problem every developer knows: searching through mountains of logs during a production crisis.
I explain how we can move beyond basic keyword search to a true Agentic Flow:
- Understand user intent.
- Plan a reasoning path.
- Retrieve data using Hybrid Search (BM25 + Vectors).
-
Act by providing a reasoned solution, not just a list of links.
As shown in the architecture diagram below, Elastic has evolved into a full Search AI Platform. It’s the "reasoning and memory layer" that bridges the gap between your raw data (GitHub, logs, docs) and powerful LLMs like Claude or Lang Chain.
Building a DevOps Troubleshooting Agent showed me that "Vectorized Thinking" isn't just about math—it's about building systems that think before they respond.
