1.Requirements gathering:

In this stage our marketing team collects the data from clients with BRS(Business Requirement Specification) Document.Key roles business analyst and owners.

2.Planning:

The Collected BRS document moved to the manager and he assigned the work for suitable team. That team started the work.Key roles: Backend, Frontend developers.

In this stage Developers build the software based on the approved design. We used in this step architect. Activities are in this step Coding,Code reviews, Unit testing and Version control management.

5.Testing:

Testing ensures the software meets requirements and is free from defects before release. We testing the code during developer in the process. That method is called Test Driven Development.(TDD)

Types of Testing:

Unit Testing-Verifies individual components.

System Testing -Validates the complete system.

Automation Testing - It helps teams test applications faster, more accurately, and supports continuous integration and delivery.

6.Deployment:

In this stage appeared the team DevOps. We completed the process from BRS document in this step. The operations in here Jenkins,Maven,Git,CI-CD pipeline and Docker, Kubernetes. All the operations we get the Output live applications.
