All members can set their own timezone with /settimezone
All members can convert their set timezones to others with /timeconvert
Or they could even convert their timezone to another timezone, like a regulartimezone converter

The Timezone Dictionary includes all timezones across the globe!!
As well as abbreviations like LA, for Los Angeles or BC for British Columbia, and so on
Supports military times as well
Not character sensitive for example, 3:00pm or 3pm works
Includes the option for members to view the dictionary
