Sign in using IAM User Credentials. After that click user name and Go to My Security Credentials.
Click the Assign MFA Device button.
After that Click Virtual MFA Device and click Continue.
After that install Google Authenticator for Your mobile and Scan QR code and add MFA Device.

After that provide MFA code 1 and MFA code 2. You can see MFA code inside the Google Authenticator app. Wait for 10 seconds and get MFA code 2. Finally, click the Assign MFA button you can see Successful Message for MFA.
After that sign out AWS Management Console and Sign In again using the IAM user name and Password. You want to provide an MFA code for Sign In.
Finally, You can log AWS Management Console.
