Seeing this question a lot, and honestly, there's no single number without context.
2D vs 3D is the first fork, since 3D eats way more time. Chain choice (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana) changes gas costs and complexity. Marketplace (own vs OpenSea/Magic Eden), tokenomics modeling, smart contract audits, wallet integration, and multiplayer infra all add up too.
Talked to a couple of GameFi development companies (Bitdeal was one), and all said a fixed quote without asking these questions first is basically guessing.
