Java Web Developer with a passion for Spring and cloud computing. Know a thing or two about AWS. Trying to learn NodeJS lately with the help of TypeScript.
My intention at first was to work with network infrastructure, I even did a internship on that end, but right after the contract ended (there was no possibility of extension), my current company invited me to my current position as Java Web Developer. The circumstances led me to my current job and I don't have any regrets, I don't see myself doing anything else. And the language I liked more was not even Java, it was C#. Not going according to plan may be better sometimes. Plus, the computer networking background helps with my second passion: cloud computing. :)
That's a great story! Glad it has a happy ending too. Maybe you are right, maybe I shouldn't be thinking about what I want to do and just go with the flow; who knows what could happen then!
