Nice review. Honestly, I have more experience in Django and designed one web application with this framework a few days ago but unluckily, I wasn't able to proceed with VPS hosting for it. On the other hand, I also like Flask because of its lightweight properties.

Hey, you should check out AWS lightsail. They have pretty reasonable pricing for VPS

Check out pythonanywhere might be within your price range. I use it to host python for free but their paid plans are reasonable.
Another one is vpsag they are good too. Especially when you use the yearly or semi yearly billing plan.
