Capability tiers describe operating posture — they are not claims that LuisCore is worth $300M–$600M today. The public valuation page uses a three-framework composite with P25/P50/P75 bands and explicit methodology citations.
Three frameworks, one honest composite
Control-layer option value, cost-to-duplicate floor, and proxy comparables feed a composite with percentile bands. Every refresh carries an as-of timestamp and content hash — frozen numbers are labeled, not re-stamped daily as "live."

Tier 2 describes infrastructure signals (action pipelines, cluster NDJSON, inference substrate CLI) — roadmap framing only. Dollar bands on tier memos describe companies that have fully achieved each tier, not LuisCore's current market cap.
