GST Registration — When And How

You must register for GST in Singapore if:

Your taxable turnover exceeded S$1 million in the past 12 months, or

You expect it to exceed S$1 million in the next 12 months.

Voluntary registration is also possible if your turnover is below the threshold, but you must comply with all GST filing obligations once registered.
