GitHub Codespaces are great for teaching and learning. I wanted to test out using a VSCode CodeTour in this environment, so I started by manually installing the CodeTour extension into my Codespace (shown below).
Next I recorded a short CodeTour in one Markdown file in this Repo. I manually renamed the CodeTour steps to improve the readability of this test. To try it out, I played back this CodeTour, starting with the first step (shown below).
I clicked through each of the 5 steps of this CodeTour and it worked as expected, ending on the last step (shown below). It's easy to edit a recorded CodeTour, by renaming, moving and/or deleting any recorded steps too.
