Type a sentence. Get a finished Tesla wrap. That's the pitch behind the one-click AI generator in Tesla Wrap Gallery — and the interesting part isn't that it uses AI, it's what the AI is constrained by.
The problem with unconstrained generation
Generic image models are trained to make pretty pictures, not car-safe textures. Point one at "a phoenix wrap for a Tesla Model Y" and you typically get: the phoenix facing backwards, feathers sprawling across the windshield, and a visible tear where the texture wraps around the body. Fixing it takes five more prompts, and each one risks breaking what the last one got right.
Generation against the UV spec
Tesla Wrap Gallery's generator works differently: it creates directly against Tesla's Paint Shop UV layout for your specific model. That single constraint changes everything:
- Orientation is correct by construction. The generator knows which way is forward on the UV map, so dragons face the right way and text reads correctly the first time.
- Only paintable areas get paint. Windows, headlights and trim are masked out automatically — no more feathers on the windshield.
- Seams are sealed in one pass. Texture edges are computed to meet around the 3D body instead of hopefully aligning.
- One click, not ten rounds. Because the constraints are built in, there's nothing to negotiate with the model afterward.
How to use it
- Open teslawrap.io and pick Model 3, Model Y or Cybertruck
- Choose AI generate and type your prompt — be specific about subject, style and colors ("a blue kanagawa wave across the hood, minimalist")
- Get your wrap in one click, previewed instantly on the live 3D model
- Optional: refine in the editor, add stickers (built-in library, your own imports, or AI-generated stickers), place them directly in 3D
- Run the export checker (512–1024px, under 1MB, UV match), export, and load via the Tesla app or USB
What it's not
It's not a generic art toy with a car slapped on. It's a Tesla wrap generator in the literal sense: every output is already a valid Paint Shop file candidate. The 6,000+ free template gallery is there if you'd rather start from something proven than from a blank prompt.

The lesson generalizes: AI is most useful when it's fenced in by the actual spec of the thing you're making.
