Yes, I use Opera Mini. With JavaScript disabled (extreme mode), var seems doesn't have a fallback, unless you add it fallback manually. But with JavaScript enabled (normal mode), everything is normal like standard browser.
Also I use grid column with fr fr fr value. That's 3 column when JavaScript enabled (normal mode). And fallback go to 1 column when JavaScript disabled (extreme mode).
