What junk-cleaner utilities do you use?

I used to run CCleaner for this, tho nowadays it has become pretty bloated and I don't even know if the free version is worth keeping around.

What solutions do you use to clean out the 'junk', that accumulates over time: temporary files, broken shortcuts, etc?

I used to use Wise Care 365 but I keep having to reset my computer but I did recently and most of my work is on my second HDD, so I don't worry about junk cleaning anymore
I also use Everything sometimes to see which files across my entire computer are sizingly problematic and most likely don't need anymore
TronScript has a lot of cleaners too, including CC
On the off-note, I'm not into Piriform either with freemium software

I use CCleaner too, but with some trepidation and with extreme care. It's my go-to when I want to delete "orphan" entries from the Windows Registry, so I limit it to scanning for orphans and I do the rest manually.

CleanMyMac is the only one I use. I’ve used others, but they often messed up programs or licenses. CleanMyMac has done the best!
