Today I started at about 9:00 am and firstly I attended the heartfelt soul session they taught us basics of mediation.And after this there was doubt session that was based upon course provided by my instructor and latter I attended the leadership session in which a lady having 25 years of experience with cognizant discussed all the difficulties and all upcoming opportunities to all tranies so, this way day ended .
