Currently trying out Laravel-based solutions like Statamic (statamic.dev/), there is also a open source one for Laravel called Sharp (sharp.code16.fr/docs/)
CraftCMS craftcms.com/ is also interesting and getkirby.com/ is another interesting flat file cms option. Also worked with concretecms.com/ in the past.
