[Frustration Alert] Can you please stop putting $ in front of terminal commands in your install instructions?

$ npm install frustration

I mean seriously?

Most often I just wanna triple click entire line, copy and paste into my terminal.

When you put "$" in front of command, I gotta select everything but the $.

Everyone has it's own way of selecting stuff - but my point is - it takes a lot more time to select it then a simple triple click.

Does anyone feel my frustration? Can we make a cult to fight against this? :)
